Show r THE HERALD AGE FOUR Hatchery Head Makes Report of Activities E The final planting of fish in Cache county streams for this year has been completed. State fish and game department trucks returned to salt Lake C. y Monday after completing the work, according to Lawrence Johnson. Mr. Johnson is in charge of in Logan the state hatchery canyon and worked with the men from Salt uatce in planting the fish. According to Mr. Johnson, 775 660 fish have been planted in Cache county streams during tne past year. An additional 50.000 Mackinaw were taken to Beat intke for planting. The fish ranged in size from three to 10 inches. Mr. Johnson is planning on cleaning up the rearing ponds west of Logan, built by the Cache County Fish and Game association, and putting 200,000 rainbow lingerlings in them for the winter.
