Were proud of all of the class and wish each and every one many happy days and a life of accomplishment. They will find it is a difficult process to grow up. To become a mature adult is not so much a matter of intellectual comprehension as it is to put into practice the simple niceties of social relations. Dare we ask ourselves these questions: Are we Are we made unhappy when we do not receive the recog- nition we think we deserve? Are we miserable when anyone takes the spotlight from us? Are we intolerably vocal and shout long and loud about our few accomplishments? Do we listen when others are talking, or do we use that time to mentally formulate our next remarks? Do we crave an of praise as compensations over-amou- nt for attainment? Do we occupy a responsible position for the service we can render or for the glory we think it will bring? Do we find fault and fancy that to disagree enlarges our stature? Or can we ask ourselves if we are mature enough to confidently and quietly do our level best at all times without thought of credit or acclaim or publicity? Can we honestly and without envy be happy when others succeed? Are we serene, tolerant, considerate, generous, humble, loyal and loved?
