HENRY JONES Jack Billings of Hamilton, Montana, arrived in Provo last night ready for his match with Henry Jones, local favorite, Tuesday night in the Armory. Billings looks a little older than Jones. He says he is in good shape for the match. The Montana wrestler operates a stage route between Hamilton and Missoula, and wrestling is not his profession. Nevertheless, he has been wrestling for twelve years and in that time has met the best in the worlds welterweight class. Masonic Society Files Articles Incorporation The Provo Municipal society of this city has filed articles of incorporation with the county clerk of Utah county. The newly formed corporation is capitalized at $25,000, divided into 2500 shares of a par value of $10 each, and is organized for the purpose of erecting, maintaining and operating a Masonic temple at Provo. The capital stock is divided into four classes: 1000 shares for the Story lodge No. 4, F. and A. M.; 500 shares for the Provo chapter No. 4, R. A. M.; 500 shares to the Ivanho commandery No. 5, K. T., and 500 shares to all individuals having a membership in a Masonic lodge contributing $10 a share for the stock. Each of the five classes has a representative on the board of directors, which is comprised of Roy E. Knapp, president; B. H. Bower, vice president; Lee L. Baker, secretary; A. S. Sandmeier, treasurer, and Charles A. Pierson.
