Show SOUTHERN UTAH NEWS Community Hank Weckel Anchorage resident Harwell Henry Hank Weckel, 74, died November 7, 2001 at Alaska Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness. Memorial services were held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints, Anchorage Second Ward, Maplewood Chapel. Mr. Weckel was bom March 19, 1927, in Hayden, N.M. He moved to Alaska in 1955 and worked in the commercial con- struction business until retiring in 1988. He worked for J.B. Warrick Co. and Ken Brady Con- struction Co. on many projects including Clark and Wendler middle schools and Colony High School as well as Wells Fargo Bank on Benson Boulevard and Minnesota Drive, and Alaska Regional Hospital.
