All voted aye. 2. Resolution 2001-1- , 2001 meeting schedule Viv. Adams made a motion, seconded by Joe Judd, to approve Resolution 2001-- 1 setting the WKCSSD No. 1 meeting schedule for calendaryear 2001. The Board will meet on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time and 7:30 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time alternating between the town office in Orderville and the Kane County Courthouse in Kanab. The KJZZ problem seems to be statewide. The Board discussed replacing the wooden tower structure 5 m- Y tower. Jim Pardee made a motion, seconded by Loyd Heybome, to approve the new tower construction contingent on an agreement with Derral Christensen extending the lease period on the site. All voted aye. Willis will contact Christensen regarding extending the lease period on the site. 4. Solid waste Jerrol Leavitt reported that we are still emptying the Cedar Mountain dumpsters now located at Todds Junction twice weekly. There seems to be a lot of construction dumping in the ' bins. Willis reported on a letter received from the Kanab Police Department stating that the vandalism case at the landfill is still open, but there are no new developments. 5.
