He was asked in lieu of getting an architect. After the presentation, the commission asked that a do nothing scenario be put in and they want him to cover ail of the pros and cons. Sheriff Lamont Smith had a correction for the General Plan which was approved. He does not have nine patrol 'officers. Jean Eggert, Church Wells, requested the road name be changed from Center to Wells Street. The Kane map needs to match the map in Page, Arizona, so that 911 enhanced can respond. Enhanced 911 shows the address on the screen. A petition for the road name change will be on the next agenda. Roads Supervisor Lou Pratt reported that a blade had broken a waterline on Cedar Mountain. The waterline is in the middle of the road and is not ' deep enough, and is inside the county right of way. Commissioners stated that the county is not liable and advised Attorney Winchester to look in to it. Pratt also reported on road conditions after all of the rain and flooding. Two bids were submitted for the gravel crushing contract. After review, the bid was awarded to JDM Sand and Rock, of Fredonia.
