Both Utah and Wyoming participate in the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), which coordinates the WUE program. Utahs college campuses are expected to experience a 40 percent enrollment increase during the next 10 years, according to a report in the magazine American Demographics. The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees recently approved the creation of 500 additional tuition reductions for students from WICHE states, including Utah.
