The basketball clinic is designed to develop the fundamental skills necessary to be successful as a basketball player. Each young girl that has the desire to be an outstanding player during their high school years must make the commitment beginning now. It takes hundreds of hours to develop the proper shooting muscles used in the arm and the wrist. Learning the proper shooting technique necessary in shooting will eliminate the need to try to break bad habits during later years. Besides shooting, heavy concentration will be on ball handling skills of the left and right hand dribble, the reverse and crossover dribbles. Schedule (30 hours) 9 pan.
