Show Legal Notices ELECTION NOTICE To ail qualified electors of Kane County, Utah: Take notice that on the 7th day of November, 1 995, a special bond election (the "Bond Election") will be held in Kane County, Utah (the "County"), at the places set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of the County the proposition contained in the following sample ballot: OFFICIAL SAMPLE BALLOT FOR THE KANE COUNTY, UTAH SPECIAL BOND ELECTION NOVEMBER 7, 1995 SOUTHERN UTAH NEWS WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 25, 1995 Absentee ballots may be obtained by any person otherwise eligible to vote at the Bond Election but who, on the day of the election, will be serving as an election official in another voting precinct, expects to be temporarily absent from the County, or will be disabled on the day of the Bond Election, by making application in the manner and time provided by law, either by mail or in person at the office of the County Clerk at 76 North Main in the City of Kanab, Utah. NOTICE is given that on October 26, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. pursuant to Section of the Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, in the election office of the Kane County located at 76 North Main, Kanab, Utah 84741, the Election Officer for the November 7, Clerk, 1995 special bond election for Kane County will conduct a test of the automatic electronic tabulating voting equipment to be used for the November 7, 1995 special bond election for Kane County.
