In order to request an early ballot, you must have registered with the Coconino County voter registration office on or before Monday, May 15, 1995. Early ballots can be obtained from the Fredonia town hall. You may to request the call ballot to be sent to you, mail in a request, or come into the Fredonia town hall to vote. The last day that you may request an early ballot is Friday, June 9, 1995. The last four Rebel teams have been ranked in the NJCAA top 20, with the 1994 team finishing 2nd in the final national poll. He was selected as the Scenic West Athletic Conference 'Coach of the Year' in 1993. He guided the 1994 team to the SWAC Championship with a record of 28-- Coach Rose has had over 28 players go on to play at four year colleges in his short five years as head coach. Coach Rose has worked camps and clinics all over the western United States. He played forDixie College and the University of Houston, where his team played for the National Championship in 1983. He believes in hard work and dedication and will emphasize this during the camp. Dixie College ASSISTANT CAMP DIRECTOR JOHN WARDENBURG was the head coach at Payson High School for five years where he won four region championships. - THE CAMP STAFF will include successful high school coaches and college players. - CAMP WILL INCLUDE videos, films and guest speakers. - FEE for the camp is $110. This includes a camp BASKETBALL, and LUNCH each day. Many other individual awards will be given away daily. - OVERNIGHT FEE per week is $220, including board (3 meals a day). - CAMPER CHECK IN is Monday, June 5th at 9 a.m. at the Dixie Bums Arena. 3. Written requests must contain your name, the address where the ballot is to be sent, your ..birth date, printed name, and your signature. Ifthere are more than one member of the household that wants a ballot, one letter will be accepted for all requests as long as each voters name and signature is on the request. The requests should be mailed to Fredonia City Clerk. P.O. Box 217, Fredonia, AZ 86022. Requests will be accepted through Friday, June 9, and the voted ballot must be returned to the Fredonia town hall by 7:00 p.m. election night. Teachers may renew, remove deficiencies, and extend their certificates through this office. Memorandum of Certification will also be issued for Northern Arizona University institutional recommendations. All payments for these certificates must be made by check or money order. Cash will not be accepted. We welcome all previously certified teachers and teachers with institutional recommendations to this new office. The office is located at 121 East Birch Avenue (Bank of America Building), Room 200. The hours are from 10:00 a.m.-4:0- 0 p.m. K. 9. , Monday-Frida- y.
