City driver competes in truck rodeo BY JAN HOPKINS Clipper Staff Writer - FARMINGTON "The Utah Local Government Trust Award was presented to Ray Sandburg, Centerville, for his second place win at the Annual Road School Truck Rodeo. The ev ent is sponsored by the League of Cities and Towns. Intended as a training workshop for all drivers and handlers of big trucks m public works departments across the state, the rodeo portion only accepts 20 drivers each year.
