Rowley. A dance will follow the dinner, beginning at 8 p.m. Featured will be the bands of The Beaver Bite and Toby and the Rebels. Cancer drive chairman is James D. This award recognizes the contributions of young people in the family, community, and the world. Invited to participate are Seniors at Ogden High, Ben Lomond High, St. Joseph High, Weber County High, Roy High and Bonneville High Schools. Students interested should contact their high school counselors for applications, entry deadlines and other information. U.S. Savings Bonds will be awarded to the top three contestants in this area. The first place winner will then be eligible to compete for a $1,000 regional award and a $1,500 national award. Contestants will state their views on citizenship in the community and interpret the role they play as citizens of the world in a short essay. Dean L. Judkins, 56, of North Ogden, who died Nov. 3 of a heart attack, was a brother of Mrs. Glen (Margaret) Rasmussen of Roy. He was an active member of the LDS Church and had served in the Navy during World War II. Funeral services were held on Tuesday in Ogden.
