Husbands are invited as wf special guests for the program and refreshments. Bruce Crouch has been sustained as president of the I; Elders Quorum, with Kevin Jensen and Jerry Easthope as counselors and Doug Bunot as secretary. Crouch was released as Sunday School president, and was succeeded to that position by Steve Nielsen, who was released as Elders president. SEVENTH WARD Annette Etherington has been baptized and confirmed by her father, Larry Etherington. Ecil Bryce Johnson was baptized and confirmed by James Facer. The baby son of Von and Carilyn Warner was blessed by his father, and named Steven Todd. Glen was Jacobson released as Deacons quorum adviser and counselor in the Young Mens Mutual, Joel Brown as assistant Deacons Advisor and Scoutmaster, and Karen Pitchford as second year Mia Maid Ad- viser. Joel Brown was sustained as Deacons quorum Adviser, and counselor in the Young Mens Mutual, Doug Hunt as Scoutmaster, and assistant Deacons advisor, and Laura Hunt, as second year Mia Maid adviser. Keith Pitchford is the new president of the Deacons quorum with Darrin Paskett nd Paul Etherington as junselors, and Thom Hansen Secretary. Trinity Lutheran On Saturday the Rev. Ralph A. Phipps, president of the Colorado District of the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod, will be the special guest speaker at both services for Trinity Lutheran Church. President Phipps has been president of the Colorado District since 1976 following the resignation of the Rev. Waldemar Meyer Rev. Phipps was to tht post in convention in June of 1978. Before the assuming presidency, Rev. Phipps was pastor of the Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Aurora for 14 years. Previous to that, he was a missionary in Japan for many years.
