I have worked with Smith's Food King management and together we have prepared a formal Customer Bill of Rights. I hope you will take lime to read them. It demonstrates that the company respects the rights of customers and is committed to responding in a positive way to public opinion. We are making many changes in our stores and, while we cant do everything overnight, the Bill of Rights is certainly a good beginning.
