Jean Stettler talked to the group about her recent trip to Hong Kong and Thailand and showed films and slides of those countries. Liz CHS This years Science Fair will be held Wednesday, March 5 at Clearfield High School. The judging will be from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. and the awards ceremony will be at 7: 30 p.m. A sweepstakes trophy will be awarded to the best exhibit, and first-plac- e trophies with second and third place ribbons, will be of excitement and provide radio with onnovative programming. Also surviving are three brothers, Max D. Hughes, Salt Lake City; Mickey J. Hughes, Indianapolis, Ind.; Rex Hughes, Blackfoot, Idaho; a half brother, Paul M. Lawson, Los Angeles. Funeral services were held last Friday at the Chapel of Flowers Mortuary. He was bom Nov. 22, 1925, in Menan, Idaho, a son of Elza D. and Goldie L. Tombelson Hughes. Mr. Hughes was employed by the American Can Co. He was married to Mary Emma Lewis on Nov. 12, 1943 in Ogden. He was a veteran of World War II and was an elder in the Roy LDS 9th Ward. He had been an active Boy Scout leader. Russell C.
