TC, 2001(6) - Weber County Railroad Crossings A Roy 4000 Sou tli, 1800 South and 3600 South Streets. the Commission and available for inspection. 3 The Road Commission entered into an agreement with the Oregon Short Line Railroad Company, a corporation of the State of Utah, and its lessee, Union Pacific w :th Kauroad Company, a corporation of the State of Utah, dated April 2, 1973, for the installation of flashing light signals with new flashing lights and short arm gate signals at M P. 5.16, and relocating flashing lights and automatic gate arms and installing prefabricated plank crossing at M P. 6 18. 4. The Railroad w ill furnish all materials and will install grade crossing protection devices, wire-u- p equipment, track rads and all necessary work to complete such grade crossing protection installations and improve the crossing at an estimated cost of $89,810 00. 5. It appearing to the Commission that no formal hearing is necessary in the matter, and that this application may be appropriately handled under the Commissions summary procedure, and a full 5? of the matters involved having been made, the Commission now makes this Report containing its Findings of Fact and Conclusions, together with its Order based thereon. FINDINGS OF FACT The Utah State Road Commission is an agency of the State of Utah authorized to construct, maintain and 1 supervise State roads and matters relating thereto. 2 The petitioner proposes to do the following work on crossings in Weber County: a. Install flashing light and short arm gates at 4000 South, at Railroad M P. 4 07 on the north section line. Section 11. NW4 Sec., T.5N, S L B , R 2Wr. b.
