According to our reporter, Rex sparked the 4 Royals to their best performance of the year in the Roy victory. Rex scored 16 points, and seemed to be in the right place at the right time, as usual, Its too bad that Bonneville beat Logan at the same time, or Roy might be in the state 79-6- tounament this very minute. We really dont like to second guess the coaching at Roy High, but we wall anyway. Rex was used in a reserve role during the season, but everytime he came into a contest, the Royals seemed to get a lift and play better that before, Now I know that people will say that mavbe he was a good man coming off the bench, and not starling, but his performance against Box Elder showed that he should have used a lot more than he was Our congratulations go to Rex for his fine performance during his senior year. Our hopes go to the Roy High coachuig staff so that they may see the talent they have at hana. fi? SAVINGS RESPONSIBLE needed BOYS, PAPER in Clear-field-V- Hallo Area and Sunset, Doxey School Area. The couik il drew sharp criticism from several Roy citizens who had special interest in the beer ordinance that have changed the license procedures and fees. These men spoke out against the new laws, but one of their biggest gripes was that they didnt know about them until thy were already passed. Maybe it is their fault for not keeping up on what is going on in their town, but we fed that the council should have hold a public hearing so that every bedy would know just exactly what was g&ing to happen 50 50 Slacks a management.
