WSC The Alumni Association has its annual banquet-meetin- g Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Union ballroom. Five outstanding members of the community and alumni will be honored: Mrs. Clarisse Hall, W. Wesley Anderson, W. Rulon White, Merlon L. Stevenson and August L. Ahlf. On Friday, the homecoming 9 Union dance, p.m., ballroom, will feature big school and college bands, sections of dignitaries and alumni. It will move along Washington from 22nd to 26th. On Saturday, following the game at 8 p.m., Mary Travers of Peter, Paul and Mary fame will entertain in the Union. Tickets cost $3.50, $4 and $4.50. Car buffs attend 49er Davs Mr. and Donald Mrs. Schofield, members of the Golden Spike Empire Vintage Car Club and Roy residents are leaving for 49er Days, Nov. 9, 10, 11 being held at Death Valley where they will meet retired friends and then travel on to their sons place at Fresno, Calif. Their red 1927 Ford T was recently in the Roy Parades having Councilman Clark Puffer and wife riding, also in the school Homecoming parade and enjoying having the successful Queen candidate as a passenger. This trip they will travel by a 1972 Ford truck and camper. Mrs. May Schofield is a granddaughter of one of Roy's early energetical settlers, the Nephi P.
