Baptist Church last Sunday ROY The First Baptist Church, 2025 S. 5700 W., observed its twentieth anniversary last Sunday, Nov. 26, states the pastor, Dennis Daniel. It was back in December of 1952 when the church was organized in the old Roy administration building with 56 charter members attend- ing. Besides the special emphasis in the regular Sunday services, the church held a potluck dinner at noon, and an afternoon program of reunion and reminiscing. Special guests participating in the day long festivities included two former pastors, Rev. John L. Smith, and Rev. of WARD Carl Metcalf was ordained Teacher Sunday.
