ROY SIXTH WARD The Relief Society homemaking meeting will be held August 10. They will be finishing individual sewing projects and jewelry items and working on items for the nursery lessons. Each member of the stake is encouraged to be in atten- dance as the committee promises this to be the nicest stake outing ever held. The affair will begin at 4 p.m. with swimming from 9 p.m. The womens stake championship softball game will be played at 6 p.m. It will be between the Riverdale 3rd Ward and the winner of the game which was played Tuesday between the Riverdale 1st and 2nd teams. Elating time is scheduled from 8 p.m. and a program will be held from 9 p.m. Each of the nine wards in the stake will present a number on the program. ROY NINTH WARD We have accepted four-lev- Saint (Mormon) Church Temple will be completed before the end of the year, reports the LDS First Presidency, following the installation of the 118-fohigh spire during the week. Carpeting and furnishings will be installed next and the $4,200,000 religious edifice will be in use by late October or early November. The temple will be open for public inspection for a period of time before services dedicating it for temple ordinances which are the ultimate in religious activity. After the dedicatory services only church members with recommendations from their bishops and stake presidents may enter the temple. The spire which was just installed stretches 118-feskyward from the top of the main roof which is 59 feet above the foundation of the four-levThe first level is building. below ground and contains the baptismal font, cafeteria, dining room, mechanical facilities and laundry equipment. On the second and main level is the entrance, temple offices, waiting rooms and locker rooms. A 200-sechapel and sealing rooms take up the third level with the top level devoted to ordinance rooms.
