He is a graduate of Ogden High School, the School of Financial Public Relat-tioat Northwestern University and the Pacific coast School of Banking at the University of Washington. Mr. Hemingway is a director and past president of the Ogden Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Utah Spaceport Advisory Commission, St. Benedicts Hospital Advisory Board and is a member of the Weber County Industrial Bureau.
