Twenty-thregirls from Jr. Troop 391 left Roy Sunsession, day for a three-daunder the supervision of Shirley Hardy and Dorothy Jackson, camp leaders. The girls will learn outdoor e y camping skills and participate in hiking, swimming and craft work. Troop 391 plans to reactivate w eekly troop meetings in September, the exact date to be announced later. A lot of fun was had last week at the Stake Family Night Besides good things to eat, everyone seemed to enjoy theball throw at weighted bodies operated by the Kanesville 1st Ward and the dunking machine operated by the Kanesville 2ndWard. Several teenaged girls took turns and sat on the machine and were ducked several tunes during the course of tire evening. 'Hie girls included Jana and Trudy Wendy Beeton, Terri DeHart Sharon Borger, Patty Tippets, Linda Willey, Joan Miller and Sherry Jensen. To top the evening off, three men from the crowd, Dick Watkins, Gordon Hadley and Don Stokes got on and took their turn at get- PLUS He will the way with good hitting and good defense on both sides. The game ended with a very sensational play by Kanesvilles shortstop Steve Cordon, when he stopped a hard smash and stepped on second base then fired to first for a double play. Both teams showed good sportsmanship and Kanes-viilwill now go on to tire All Church finals in Salt Lake where they play their first game at the George Q. Morris Park at 11:30 a.m. Aug. 24.
