Johnny Sandoval is the proud driver. It is used to deliver packages in the Roy Area. Postal vehicles are also designated by the Post Office Department for civil defense and if the need should arise. A civil defense sticker must be displayed on all vehicles at air times. Postmaster Emma Russell states that the Roy Post Office will be open all day on Saturdays preceeding Christmas as they have for the past six years. There will also be delivery of mail on these days and on the Sunday before Christmas.
