Mayor read the statement on the hearing. The hearing is to consider potential projects for which funding may be applied under the 20042005 Community Development Block Grant Program. Kanab Citys Capital Investment Plan has been handed out as part of the re- gional Consolidated Plan. This list shows which projects the city has identified as being needed in the community. The money will need to be spent on primarily low and moderate income persons. Mr. Wally Thomson said some grants dont require matching funds.
