Cooked chicken livers can be added. Remove skin from breast meat, save. Put mushroom stuffing between the fillets of breast meat and bring the skin around the whole to give a neat appearance on the with salt, outside. Sprinkle flour, arrange strips of bacon over the meat, place in baking dish, surround with pieces of bacon and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes basting frequently. Serve with Mushroom 2 " Sauce. A good sauce can be made by heating a can of undiluted mushrooms soup or a can of cream of chicken soup with a few mushrooms added. CHICKEN LEGS Select large chicken legs.
