Show Page 5 Council President Praises Efforts During the time have served as President of the Community Services Council, it has been my very great pleasure to become aware of and appreciate the efforts of many selfless people who are dedicated to the goal of true service in meeting the human needs of our community. I have been amazed, however, at the apparent lack of overall coordination and planning. In this regard, over 500 separate agencies exist in our community al-private government- effort to deliver adequate services for the health, welfare, recreational and social of our citizens.
