AH streets are numbered from the intersection of Main and South Temple (next to the Temple Grounds and the Hotel Utah). For the most part in the central part of the city they are numbered, theyre not once . with names being used in much of the suburban area. An address such as 2348 East 1300 South would be 23 and one half blocks east of the basic intersection and 1300 blocks South.
