Show AN ORDINANCE an ordinance authorizing rod mcdon aid to elect ard maintain a berry across the green the board of county commissioners of the county of emery utah ordains as follows SECTION 1 that permission and roti be and is hereby granted to rod mcdonah of gleen river rutih h s heirs and assigns here cafter called the pranee for a of five years from the day that this ordinance takes effect to construct erect aad maintain a feri i across the green river a stream which forms the boundary line between the ad joining counties or grand and em erv in the state of utah at a point feet north of the point where the south line of section 5 p 22 south of range 16 east of the salt lake meridian crosses the green river for the purpose of conveying persons teams and stock and performing all of the acts of a common carrier cross the said green river sec 2 the rates to be charged for crossing by said grantee on said feriv hall not exceed the following named sums for each ho team round tr p 00 for each x ho se team one dav ba for each f ur horse team round tr p 1 00 ta or each fou ho se team one way RO F r each two or one hor e team round trip 5 for each two one bos team coneway 10 for each cadd e horse and man ab for each f t 25 for cheep under aj head 03 for sheep over 25 head 01 for loose stock 10 sec 3 the on and authority hereby granted is subject to all laws ordinances and resolutions no v in force in sa d county ind to such rules and regulations as may from time to time be made bv said count sec 4 the grantee here n shall file an of th s franchise with the clerk of said county within twenty days after by said county commiss boners of said county sec 5 this ordinance shall take ef feet and be in force from ind after its due publication in the offic lal county of said int and the expense of pub cation shall be paid bv the grantee herein passed by the co ingv comm sio ners of counte utah this 2nd day of december 1907 the following commiss boners being present andrew nelson A lar son A P johnon ATTEST MARK E county clerk first publication dec 14 1907 |
