While most area students are already back in classes, the Labor Day weekend is still viewed as the last, long carefree weekend of the summer season. Whatever your weekend plans, pack a gourmet picnic basket. Gourmet doesnt have to mean food fare difficult. In fact, it can even mean sandwiches. A sandwich doesnt have to fit an old stereotype ham, cheese, or what have you. The trick is to elevate the sandwich to a higher level of gastronomy. The trick is to 1 Mix well.
