Show obituaries Delbarton, W. Va.,to I,ee and Sarah Farley Curry. He married Billie A. Hagy, Dec. 1, 1945, in Delbarton. He served in the U.S. Military 194245 as later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He died June 6, 1967. Survivors include his daughter, Mrs. Nephi (Betty) Mortensen, aviation Green River, Wy; a an machinist. He was a grandson, C.A. (Stubby) member of the O'Brian Burge, whom she raised Masonic Lodge No. 101, as a son, Carbonville; F&AM, Williamson, W. three other grand- Va., Walter G. Davis Walter Glen Davey Davis, 60, a native of Helper and Price, died May 9 in Orem. He was born September 18, 1920 in Helper to Clarence Leland and Fern Comfort Jones Davis. He married Betty Jean Birch on November 29, 1941 in Price. He was educated in Carbon and County schools graduated from Carbon High. During World War II he served two years in the South Pacific in the U.S. Army. Mr. Davis owned and operated a photo studio for six years. He also retired from the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad in 1978. Survivors include his wife of Orem; two sons and four daughters, Leland Lavar, Robert Mrs. Thomas Glen, (Karen) Spalding, Mrs. William (Becky) Loy, all of Orem; Mrs. Dennis (Glenna) Phoenix; Mrs. Lodge, children; Logan Scottish great 11 grandchildren; brothers W.Va, U.M.W.A., Local and sisters: Cleland, No. 1206. He was a Carbon Price; Orcel and Gladys, County resident for the Elmo; Mrs. LaMar (Ida) past 24 years.
