Show 10 Sun Advocate, Price, Utah Thursday. August 8, 1991 F. Library notes A problem plaguing all libraries is the loss of books. This loss can occur through stealing, failing to return books or damaging books. And of course, this affects everyone who uses the library because it denies everyone the opportunity to read those lost books. Recently, the Price City Library received a letter from someone who had a change of conscience over books he failed to return to the library.'' This is the letter received from Colorado and with it were two very useful books which will be added to the library collection. Honesty is still alive and well. July 8, 1991 To whom it may concern: I am writing this letter concerning an incident which occurred about 10 years ago when I was a kid. I took a book without checking it out, and I would like to give these books as restitution. I am sorry for the problems I have caused and hope that you will understand and forgive me. Thanks a lot, Chris T. I. VETERANS CORNER NOTICES PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENTS Older, Carbon County residents may qualify for property tax relief through the states indigent and circuit breaker programs.
