Information indicated that May was methamphetamine at his residence in Spring Glen. Under the direction of Don Kelley, supervisor of the Drug Task Force, information was collected and reviewed to a point that federal drug enforcement agents were requested to assist in the investigation. Judge Bryce Bryner of the Seventh Circuit Court issued the warrant to the Drug Task Force for the residence in Spring Glen. Due to the nature of the search and the possibility of toxic chemicals at the residence, agent Kelly requested assistance from several local agencies in the search of the residence: Price Police Department, Carbon County Sheriffs Office, Wellington Police Department, Utah Highway Patrol, Helper Fire Department, Carbon County ambulance, Carbon County Drug Force members and federal drug enforcement agents. At the residence, contraband was seized in the nature of methamphetamine oil, paraphernalia, precursor chemicals, illegal drugs and other written materials. The case is being referred to the Federal Drug Administration for the issuance of federal drug indictments against Ste- ven May and Wanda Snyder, who also lives at the residence. No arrests have been made and charges are still pending. in recent history.
