Valdez allegedly attempted to enter the intersection at 100 South 400 East and collided with an eastbound vehicle driven by Kevin L. Bentley. Cody L. Jones was arrested outside the Arrow Club on Carbon Avenue and, in lieu of formal booking into the Carbon County Jail, was issued u citation for illegal consumption of alcohol 9:45 p.m. March 10. Clint William Crowthei was arrested at 100 South Carbon Avenue and, in lieu of booking into jail, was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol. 8:30 p.m. March 11. Terry G Thayn was arrested on an active Seventh Circuit Court warrant at Gabbys on Main Street. 9:15 p.m. March 11. Kyle Jay Edwards was arrested on an outstanding Seventh Circuit Couit warrant at an undisclosed location in Price. Sheriffs Office Report 4:05 p.m. March 8. Alvin Michael Turnbull was arrested at 300 South State Road 55 in Price and charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspendedrevoked drivers license. 9:10 p.m. March 9 The office assisted the Helper City Police Department in the arrest of William Steven Wiswell on an intoxication charge at 399 Second East in Helper. 11:25 p.m. March 9. Deputies assisted the Utah Highway Patrol with a vehicle impound on a pick up truck registered to Price Metal at mile post 238 on State Road 6. 4:43 a.m. March 11. During a routine patrol of the area, deputies discovered two open gates at the Kaiser Preparation Plant Coal A Wellington. in investipreliminary gation of the site revealed that, in addition to both gates, the doors on a machine shop and a warehouse had apparently been forced open to gain access into the buildings. The interiors of the shop and warehouse had been vandalized, but it was uncertain at the time of the initial i investigation if anything was miss-in- g in the incident. 4:15 p.m. March 11. Ed Chavez reported a malicious mischief occurrence at the Foxborough Apartments in Wellington and listed a cat trap as having been destroyed in the incident. 1:20 a.m. March 12. After being stopped on an alleged headlight violation at the East Price Interchange on State Road 6, Boh Safely was issued citations for driving on license suspensionrevocation and driving a vehicle with faulty equipment. Safelys passenger, Karen Doris, was also cited for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive. 5:03 p.m. March 7.
