The Utah Legislature recently passed a bill returning mineral lease monies to designated counties but drafted a provision into the law requiring g regions in the state to establish service districts, independent of existing agencies, in order to be eligible for the funds. Approving the motion was the first step in a lengthy sky-rocketi- ng medical prices, we could lose everything that we have strived for all these years. It is Carbon High's desire to put the Pre-Tee- 11, 1988 revenue pageant print-make- r. The cost of the tour is $125, and participants receive one hour of college credit. The group will travel by bus, and seating is limited to 40. A $50 deposit must be paid to the CEU cashier prior to Oct. 5 to guarantee a seat.
