The Green Sheets Outstanding High School Column school year Award for the 1986-8has been won by the writer of Warrior World. She is Shelly Clements, who graduated with the class of 87 Friday night at Taylorsville high. The daughter of Gerald and Gaylene Clements, 3268 W. 4600 South, she was among seven students who wrote columns in as many Green Sheet area high schools during the past year. In addition to writing skills, selection of the award winner was based on her devotion to school, community and fellow students as a communications link. An engraved plaque symbolic of the honor was presented to Miss Clements. She is the first winner of the award from 7 ipori 4(vr THS. In the fall she plans to attend BYU to pursue a degree in communica- tions.
