Show Thursday, March THE GREEN SHEET Kristine Nielsen Engagement Revealed Fred And Gladys Wood Note Golden Wedding Fred and Gladys Wood of Kearns are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on March 7th with a family celebration. The honored couple was married March 7, 1937. Mrs. Wood is the former Gladys Mott and they grew up in Lajara, Colorado, where they both attended school. Soon after their marriage they moved to Kearns where they have lived since. While they lived in Colorado, Fred worked at the Reed Ranch in Nor- tonville. Both of them are now retired employees of Granite School District, Gladys has worked as counselor in the LDS Relief Society, Mutual, has been a drama leader, secretary of the Sunday School and Relief Socie-o- n ty. She now works in the LDS Extraction program, Fred was high priest group leader, They became the parents of five children: Freda Squires, Salt Lake; Gordon (Jan) Wood and Myrna (Mrs. Ernest) Floyd of Bennion; Marcia Wood of Kearns. Glynda Anderson is deceased, They have seven grandchildren and one Mr. and Mrs. Norman E. Cullimore Feted On 80th Birthday The eightieth birthday of Florence Smith Prows Cullimore was celebrated yesterday, March 4th with a family party at her home. Florence was born on March 4, 1907 in Salt Lake, the seventh of 12 children born to Enoch and Ellen Livingston Smith. She spent her childhood on 200 South and 700 East (where the YMCA is now located), attended Longfellow elementary, Bryant junior high and the LDS high schools. Upon graduation from high school, on June 10, 1925, she married Joseph Henry Prows in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They lived in Vernal, Utah and Lyman, Wyoming where her husband taught music in the schools. The two of them had enjoyed singing and sang duets at many functions. Florence is an artistic person, loving flowers and nature and her oil paintings, home and garden all reflect her talents and love of beauty- Her entire lifetime has been one of service to family, others and church. Seven children, four boys and three girls were born to them before Joes death on December 25th, 1966 following long years of illness. The children are: Richard (Gerri) Prows, Bountiful; Carolyn (Mrs. Gray) Clawson, Rexburg, Idaho; Ronald (Elaine) Prows, Bountiful; Joseph H. (Carma) Prows, Jr., Boise, Idaho; Robert (Sandi) West Valley; Kathleen (Mrs. Stephen) Haslam, Bountiful and Mary Ann (Mrs. David) Swalberg, Murray. She also has 34 grandchildren and 23 On December 9, 1977 the honored woman was married to James A. Cullimore of the LDS Church First Council of the Seventy (Emeritis) and they spent their first years together in London, England, traveling throughout Great Britain and South Africa where her husband was the area supervisor for the LDS church. He passed away on June 14, 1986 after a short illness. Her family honored her at a dinner at her home in Murray on February 28th and on her birthday, March 4th, she was further feted at a luncheon at her daughters home. She died Feb. 23, 1987., Born Jan. 2, 1910 to Fred and Sarah Jane Lee Kelly. Married Lawrence Sheldon Kilpatrick, Nov. 17, 1930 He died June 21, 1951. Married in 1951 to Don Fox, later divorced. Married Feb. 21, 1970 to Boyd Peterson. He died Sept. 11, 1973. Survivors include children, Lowell Lawrence and Lyle Eugene Kilpatrick, both Magna; Mrs. Gloria Mounts, Salt Lake; 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren. Nora Moss BURIED. Nora Behumn Moss, 81, Friin Valley View Memorial Park following services at Hunter 6th ward. She died Feb 23, 1987. Born May 1, 1905 to William and Julia Ann Buchanan Behunin. Married Oct. 18, 1921 to Eugene Moss, later solemnized in Salt Lake LDS Temple. Civilian worker and dispatcher at Camp Kearns during World War 11. Former long time resident of West Valley. Survivors include husband, Calif.; children, Norene Jones, Calif; Larry Moss, Mon tana, six grandchildren, nine great- day grandchildren. Leona Eddington SERVICES were held Friday in the Magna Central stake center for Leona Canfield Eddington, 85, who died Feb. 4, 1987. Born March 11, 1901 to Samuel Robert and Lottie Ann Parker Evans. Married June 14, 1927 to Charles Canfield, later solemnized in Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died May 22, 1974 Married March 7, 1981 to George Douglas Eddington.
