The wrestlers are doing very well. If youd like to see great wrestling, check out the Kearns high westling team. Tomorrow there will be a boys basketball game at Kearns, starting at 7:30 p.m. The guys lost two tough games last week, but played very well. Come and support them tomorrow. Go get em, Cougars. Spirit Week is coming to us the last week in January. If you have any ideas on what you would like to have happen during Spirit Week, let any of the cherleaders know. Im sure most of you know that Kearns high is one of two schools that has a TV studio. But what you might not know is that you can be part of it - by simply dropping off a news story to the TV studio any morning before the news. Then when it comes on the air, you can say its your story. Its a great thing to have in our school, so take advantage of it and submit any info you'd like the students of Kearns to know about. Coming up Tuesday is a financial aid program held in the activity room at 7 oclock. Everyone is invited and parents are encouraged to attend. Experts'from the UofU will be there to give you all the information you need on financial aid for college. Be sure to attend. We have an extra day added to our weekend. There is no school Monday in recognition of Martin Luther King Day. Next week there are basketball games on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, plus swimming on Wednesday and wrestling on Thursday.
