More than $3 million was received in the 1983-8school year by students of Utah Technical College here in various forms of financial aid, according to Peggy Weight, director of financial aids at the college. The uncertainties of the proposed federal budget could drastically curtail the educational access this money gives to the very people who need it most, Mrs. Weight said.
