Show 73 West Births PTSA Election On KHS Agenda Twins Hike KEARNS. Election of PTSA officers for the 1983-8- 4 school year will be held at 7 oclock Tuesday evening at Kearns high. The meeting will be held in the activity room. Students in the schools fine arts department will present a program and there will be a guest speaker Nominees for office include Betty Fast, for president; Lynne Peterson, secretary; Vickie Bettridge, treasurer. Volunteers are being sought to serve as first and third vice presidents, Reflections contest chairman and membership chairman, along with other positions on the board. Anyone interested is being asked to contact Mrs. Fast, or call the school, Contributions are still being accepted for the hill beautification project, said Mrs. Fast. Families who make a donation to the project will have their names placed on a plaque in the school, she said. Any amount may be contributed and persons throughout the community are being invited to participate in the beautification project, whether or not they have students in the school, Mrs. Fast said. Newborn Total To 58 A set of twin girls was among 58 infants welcomed by families residing in the Green Sheets west valley communities during the week, according to hospital reports available Monday morning. Bacchus elementary, said there have been at least two schools using the Bacchus name, built by Hercules and housing students in first through sixth grade, many of whom still live in the area. The reunion will be held in May, in conjunction with dedication ceremonies for the new school. Anyone having pictures or other mementos of the old school is being asked to contact Dr. Reed Wahl-quis- t, principal, at the school, All historical data will be carefully handled and returned to the owners, he said. They went on to say that contributions help to provide services for the Stroke club, wheelchair sports competition, summer camp, swim and water exercises and an advocacy program. It was further pointed out that St. Judes was established to care for children stricken with catastrophic disease and to conduct medical research on those diseases. MAGNA.
