In truth, looked and looked and looked and then began asking others around the office for it. I I (The good tomato sauce served I Mexican Food restaurants along with Corn Chips to dip into it.) at 1 comes . recipes over and over, and then . . . lost it. SALSA 1 . ... Just a prelude of the goodies you'll find in the Cooking School tabloid coming out next week. 1 . Mea Mea Culpa, you know. Anyway neat gal came in the about a month ago, and after we talked for a few moments, she told me she had used one of my can tomatoes, chopped raw onion, chopped can green, diced Chillies One of the gals found it, but had to admit, that it is so simple that she hadn't really written it down. Just quick notes. Well, I knew it was that kind of recipe, and thought my problems were solved. Put it all in a blender and "chop" for just a few seconds. Add dry, pulverized Red Hot Chillies to taste. Let stand overnight to blend the flavors and serve with your favorite corn chips. But, dang, dang, dang. Then . . . couldn't find the name of the gal who wanted the know how. So . . . here's the recipe that 'someone' wants badly. And, for you others, take heed. Cut it out and save. It's great . . and no work, either. I See what goodies are in store for you? I tell you, all the good cooks in the area are sharing. Here's another teaser in the same category.
