Councilman Council-man Chlpman, who Is on tho pollco committee, ordered Nlghtwntchmnn Duncan to Investigate tho matter. Duncan did so, found somo cider in Robinson's cellar, nnd took a bottlo down to tho City Hall to havo It tested.
