The class will cover behavior management, setting limits, coping, and basic understanding of what you and your child may be going through. It will be taught by Judy Masliyah, a licensed marriage and family therapist and will involve questions and answers surrounding the feelings on raising your children. The center is also offering an exercise class in both prenatal and postnatal areas. Betsy Hunt will demonstrate the way to stay, or get back into shape after the blessed event. The class is centered around organized exercises to fit your needs. Interested women are being invited to a relaxing but stimulating atmosphere on Wednesday evenings.
