Show Slay Suspect Foundin Attic EVANSVILLE, Ind (UPI) — A man wanted for murdering a family of four in their home was found late Tuesday night hiding in the attic of another family’s home police said The suspect, Donald Wallace 24. was charged with four counts of murder and three counts of theft. Police said his girlfriend Debra Durham. 22 was arrested at a house rented by Wallace on charges of possession of stolen property The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Department said Wallace was seen climbing intothe attic of a house just outside Evansville Police quickly sur rounded the house and arrested Wallace The location of the house was not disclosed A sheriff's spokesman said the residents of the home apparently did not realize Wallace was in the attic. Thesheriff's spokesmansaid there were no more warrants outstanding in the case but that the investigation was continuing and more arrests were possible A multi-state alert had been issued tor Wallace and police had believed he fled southern Indiana and was headed for NewOrleans Pictures of Wallace were displayed on Evansville television stations. The bodies of Patrick Gilligan, 30, his wife, Theresa, 30, and their children Lisa 5. and Gregory, 4 were found on the familyroom floor of their fashionable home Mondaynight.
