LCIA President, James J. Layton conducted the meeting. MR. LAYTON compliment- ed Mrs. Linelle Rose, past president of the LCIA and member of the Layton Civic Arts Association, for the organization and work that went into making the NORAD band concert successful. Other LCIA members commented on the quality of this concert. Everyone felt the community enjoyed the concert. Assignments were given to LCIA members to contact churches and service organizations that do not regularly send representatives to LCIA meetings. MR. JULIAN Martinez reported the Santa drive that was coordinated by the Catholic Church was very successful. Community part- icipation was good and many Davis County families were aided at Christmas time through this project.
