WEBSTER presently lives in Ogden, but is a former west Kaysville resident for many years. For most of his life he farmed in west Kaysvil- le but did work for Layton city for a number of years before he retired. He is a high priest in the LDS Church and was secretary of the Kaysville-LaytoIrrigation Co. for 22 years. He also held the secretary position for the Kays Creek Irrigation company. f v ? They are expected to return this week. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Wilcox of Othello. Wash., were visiting with his sister Mr. and Mrs. Linn Sandall and in Layton with Mr. and Mrs. George Wilcox. Mrs. Lucile B. Sheffield received word that her grandson, Elder Jay Phillip Kunz. son of Dr. and Mrs. Phillip Kunz of Provo, has received his mission call to serve in the German Frankfurt Mission. His farewell will be held Jan. 20 in Provo and he will enter the Mission Training Center on Thursday.,. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kirby and son Paul and daughter Annette, were dinner guests in Sandy on Friday evening at the home of their daughter and Mr. and Mrs. Gene Polhamus. The dinner was in honor of Mrs. Kirby's birthday anniversary. Dan Butler has accepted a new position in Bozeman. Mont, and he and his family will be making their home there. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Sides were dinner guests Sunday in Bountiful of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Carrier. Mrs. Laura Merrill of California visited with Mrs. Ruby Palmer this week. A group of friends in Fruit Heights attended the wedding reception of Clive Barkdull held in Bountiful at Maple Hills last week.
