CADET Carrothers. a member of the class of 1980. is now entitled to wear the distinctive insignia of a silver star encircled by a silver wreath. The silver star represents academic achievement and the wreath symbolizes military achievement. To be eligible for this honor, cadets must be in the upper third of thcirclass as evaluated by their peers. They must also achieve a semester grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. CADETS eligible for the superintendent's list will be entrusted with responsibilities and privileges.
