Probasco of Clearfield, and Mrs. Dorsie M. Probasco of Layton, was re- cently married to William David Lyon of West Valley City. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William G. Lyon of Midvale. THE WEDDING was held Nov. 15, 1980 in the Crystal Cottage in Roy. Judge Stanton M. Taylor performed the ceremony. A reception was held immediately after the wed- ding. The bride wore a white h chiffon dress with satin crepe underskirt. It was trimmed with cotton daisy h lace. The gown had a floor-lengt- floor-lengt- veil trimmed with daisy lace and she carried a bouquet of cascading white roses and blue forget-me-not- s. ATTENDLNG the bride was Teri Weaver as maid of honor and Mrs. Rick Fenner and Miss Teena Sharp as The attendants wore h light blue crepe gowns with blue and white flowered chiffon capes. They carried a white rose backed up with a bunch of blue floor-lengt- forget-me-not- s. JOE BEGAN his scouting career with Troop 808 sponsored by the Glendora Third Ward in California. His most memorable scouting experience with this troop was paddling a canoe 50 miles down the Colorado River in the spring of 1979. He was a Star Scout at the time. He also hiked 50 miles in the High Sierras in the summer of 1978 as a First Class Scout. life-lon- g sented a simulated Eagle feather to the new Eagle Scout. CHAD HAS served in various leadership positions in Aaronic Priesthood Quorums and has served as the 10th Wards Priesthood organist. He has played the tuba and sousaphone in both the Kaysville Jr. High and Davis High School bands. He is a sophomore at Davis High School. Someone noted only male Hawkes become Eagles, np HIS FAMILY moved to Layton in 1979 and Joe joined Troop 158 sponsored by the Layton 6th Ward. He enjoyed his trip to Camp Bartlett. He received his Life rank in 1979 and was senior patrol leader and quartermaster for Troop 158. HE COMPLETED his Eagle project last summer with 25 hours of service.
