Robert and Cordy Perea. 2100 N. 1200 W., Layton. girl. Dale Egbert Owen, 62, of South Ogden, died Thursday, April 22, 1982 at the McKay-De- e Hospital of cancer. MR. OWEN was bom June 21, 1919, in Layton, a son of Ernest C. and Victoria Ellen Egbert Owen. He married Delsa Sadler on June 21, 1938, in Ogden. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on June 12, 1964. HE WAS a supervisor of civil engineers at Hill Air Force Base, retiring in 1976 af36 years of service. He ceived the OOAM Commanders Award, the highest award given a civilian by the Air Force. He also received many sustained superior awards. Kohy Orson Layton, 19, of 600 West Mutton Hollow Road, Kaysville, died April 16, 1982 at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, following an extended illness. HE WAS born March 17, Ogden, a son of Gail B. and Maxine Ottley Layton. He married Jana Bybee on Sept. 10, 1981, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. 1963 in Rick and Joni Berrichoa. 525 E. Laurelwood. He served in the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific aboard the Aka Alchiba during World War II and received the Presidential Unit Citation. SHE WAS born Nov. 27. 1903 in Freeland, Pennsylva- nia, a daughter of Karl Jr. and Sivilla Beckloff Krumm. She married Milton Blum in 1919. He died in 1944. She married Hans A.
