Area Roads Now Open During the past week, the Utah Dept, of Transportation has opened several more roads to Utah's popular summer areas. Following is a list of all those roads which are now open. LEATHAM, who is completing her third year on the council, was reappointed by the Davis County Commission last week in a unanimous vote. LEATHAM told commissioners she has learned a lot about county government during her term on the council and said she is pleased to serve another three years.
