Salt Lake City, was arrested by the Kaysville police in the early morning hours Wednesday, July 14 for burglary and possession of controlled substance. POLICE CHIEF Lyle Larkins said, "There has been a rash of car burglaries in the past weeks and the arrest was tied in with several of the reported burglaries. Kaysville policemen Elmer Morrison, Harold Burner and Ron Barton were instrumental in the arrest and past investiga tion, of the many reports received at the police office. VALUABLE items as well as large amounts of cash have been stolen from many vehicles in the area the past while. Also a small pick-u- p truck was stolen.
